Scheduling Information:

To schedule an appointment, click the "Schedule" button in the side bar.
Deposits are required on all appointments and are non refundable. The deposit gets deducted from the final cost of the tattoo. All cancellations and re-scheduling require a minimum of 48 hours notice, otherwise, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will be required to make a new appointment.

Tips for getting tattooed:

Try to get a full 8 hours of sleep the night before. Make sure you eat a meal an hour before your appointment. Come to your appointment with something to hydrate you (water and juice is a good idea). Maybe even a light snack if its going to be a long session (banana, trail mix, etc.) Some clients use numbing cream. I do not provide this, however, if you plan on using it, please discuss it with me beforehand. Staying calm and relaxed while getting tattooed is the best way to handle the pain. Headphones are helpful to distract you if needed. If you must bring someone with you, only 1 person can attend and sit with you if necessary. This only applies if we are not crazy busy at the shop. Otherwise guests will have to wait on the couch/sitting area.

Design Info:

Unless we are working on a large sleeve, back piece or something similar that is very large, most tattoos I will draw right on the spot. I do not show anything in advance.
I have found that this is the most ideal way for me and the client to best collaborate on the tattoo and the process. I welcome all reference photos ahead of time, as well as any ideas and input you may have. Please email them to me at milkandhoneytattoo@gmail.com

Tattoo Cost:

The shop minimum is $60.00. The hourly rate is $150 p/h. Most one session tattoos can be set at a flat rate (usually things that will take less than 3 hours). Large scale work will be done at the hourly rate. Feel free to email for a quote or further info regarding price.

Scheduling/Hours:

Can be done in person at the shop, or online. I am always at the shop on Thursday and Saturday 12-9. However, I work by appointment only on the following days and times:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10am-2pm, Wed 5:30pm-9pm, and Sunday 10-3

Tattoo Aftercare:

-Remove bandage 2-4 hours. A hot shower is suggested, or simply run it under hot water. Use anti-bacterial soap (liquid Dial soap) to clean your tattoo. Never use a washcloth, loofa, or any other item to clean it. You may pat it dry with a blotting motion to dry it using a clean paper towel.
-Apply a VERY THIN coat of Aquaphor ointment. A small pea sized amount will work. You do not want to over-do it with the ointment. Too much can draw out the color.
-Use the ointment for 3 days. Then you will switch to a fragrance-free lotion (Lubriderm, Eucerin, Curel, etc.)
-Use the lotion until the tattoo is healed. You may use this liberally, and continue to do so indefinitely on your tattoo.
-Do not pick scabs or scratch at your tattoo.
-Do not go in the sun for 2-3 weeks. Same goes for pools, saunas, ocean water, etc.
-To keep your tattoo bright and long lasting, use a very high SPF on it in the sun (50 or above)
-If any problems should arise, please contact me ASAP, and always seek professional medical help at the first sign of infection.
